Continuance Intention of E-Learning: The Condition and Its Connection with Open Innovation

Recently having increased every year, in 2017, e-learning’s worldwide average growth rate was 7.9% with a market of USD 52.5 billion. Holding all nations’ eighth highest e-learning rate, Indonesia had 12.2 billion, 25% 2017. Obviously, has great potential to develop greater, even more prospective business. In fact, the Republic Indonesia’s Minister Education and Culture plans make permanent by changing traditional into hybrid learning, including at primary school level. Consequently, this study recommended strategies for increasing “continuance intention” schools. A conceptual model developed based on Expectation-Confirmation Model Information System Continuance Success Model. The study’s development involved 195 teacher-respondents used partial least squares structural equation modeling data analysis. Four 11 hypotheses were rejected because they did not meet requirements, but other results, 10 strategic recommendations submitted assessed several experts who integrated method Importance-Performance Analysis Kano select four selected as improvement priorities three keep-up-the-good-work priorities.
